Appeasement Never Works

The picture above is that of U.S. Army pfc Thomas Lowell Tucker (L) and U.S. Army Pfc. Kristian Menchaca (R). These men were captured in 2006, and brutally mutilated. Tell me, were these 2 men given a fair trial?

You have to excuse me if I sound very sarcastic or irritated, but this is a subject I am very sensitive about. I can't sit back and listen to how we have "tortured" enemy combatants. These combatants were subject to sleep deprivation, waterboarding, listening to loud music.

Uh excuse me, but these EVIL TERRORISTS still have their extremities, their heads, and most importantly their worthless lives. Now we are supposed to give these EVIL pieces of garbage Constitutional rights? Inspection of Guantanamo Bay by the new administration has found them to be in compliance with the Geneva Convention. I am terribly sorry that these EVIL people have to lose sleep, while our soldiers overseas have to lose body parts, and even their heads.

I am so excited that the "War On Terror" has become "Overseas Contingency Operations". In 2001 I was naive in underestimating this phrase. It was no big deal to me. I naively thought everyone could agree that we were engaged in a War On Terror.

Boy have the Liberals opened my eyes.

The fundamental difference between a Liberal and a Conservative regarding "TERRORISM" is appeasement. Liberals simply believe that if you're nice to people they will simply be nice. If you call something evil, Liberals will brand you a "loon". They don't believe there is any evil in the world.

Conservatives fundamentally believe in calling "bad guys" what they are: EVIL.

Sorry Liberals, but we can't all live in La La land. While we are here arguing about this fact, ISLAMO-Fascists are plotting our destruction. I don't understand why it is so hard to see that they will never cease in their endeavors of global domination. If you are not a Muslim, they WANT YOU DEAD.

Look at Hezbollah's tactics of firing Katusha rockets at Israeli child care centers. These people are sick and perverse. Simple as that. They will never negotiate, and they will never quit. This is why America is in a life and death struggle, whether many of our citizens know it or not.
